The ShadowHawk is an all-composite two-seat gyroplane designed for patrol and surveillance roles.  It is faster and significantly more powerful than the ScoutHawk LSA and for a fraction of the cost, can out perform most helicopters currently used in airborne law enforcement roles.  The ShadowHawk is being designed for FAA certification as a production aircraft, specifically for the worldwide aerial patrol market, including power line patrol, pipeline patrol, border patrol, and airborne law enforcement patrol missions.
